We collect the bare minimum. Here is what we keep, why, for how long, and your rights (GDPR).

The data controller is the site publisher, identified in the legal notice.
The listing link you paste, the calculation figures (price, year, mileage, etc.) and the result, so that the calculation page is public and shareable. Nothing about you: no name, no account.
Never any personal data about the seller: no name, phone number or email. The listing text is not kept once it has been read.
Technical logs (IP address, date, page requested) are generated by our host for security and for the service to work properly.
If you buy the purchase report, your email address is used only to send it to you and to answer your questions.
If you ask to be notified for a country we do not calculate yet, we keep your email, that country and the language, only to write to you once when it is ready. Write to us to be removed from the list.
If you choose guidance, we keep what you tell us about your search (model, budget, timing, listing link, comment) and our emails, only to guide you.
Legitimate interest (providing the service you asked for and securing it) for the calculation and the logs; performance of the contract for the purchase report.
Calculation pages are kept as long as the service exists; technical logs at most 12 months; billing data for the legal period.
Our processors: Vercel (hosting), Supabase (database), Stripe (payment), Resend (email delivery) and Anthropic (reading the listing text, without personal data). Some are located outside the EU; transfers rely on standard contractual clauses.
Klaro only sets technical cookies, which are exempt from consent: NEXT_LOCALE (the language you chose, 1 year), klaro_destino (the registration country you chose, 1 year), klaro_acceso (the reports unlocked in this browser, 1 year) and klaro_sesion (your session if you have an account, 30 days).
No advertising cookies, no trackers. We count visits and the steps of the journey (analysis, sign-up, payment) anonymously: plain daily counters, no cookies, no IP address or identifiers. The notice is only there to tell you this; the fact that you closed it is remembered in your browser (local storage), not in a cookie.
Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability: write to the contact address in the legal notice. You can also complain to the CNIL (cnil.fr) or to the data protection authority of your country.
