What is estimated is shown as a range. When a model is not in the Orden, we write “impossible to estimate” instead of inventing a figure.
Questions
Because in Spain the special tax on certain means of transport (IEDMT, form 576) is paid on first registration in Spain, even if the car comes from another EU country.
We estimate it from identical new cars registered in the EU and give you a range. The exact figure is in field V.7 of the German registration certificate: asking the seller for it closes the range.
The tax base comes from the Finance Ministry’s value Orden, which does not cover every model. When the model is not in it, we say so instead of inventing a figure.
No. Klaro calculates and informs you. You buy directly from the seller and do the paperwork yourself; we tell you which.
The listing price, the real cost — every line with its source and the true saving —, the risk signals and the German police rules are free and need no account.
